15-Minute Consultation (Virtual Meeting)

We schedule a brief 15-minute Google Meet with one of our Directors. This is a dedicated time to discuss your parents' specific needs and address any concerns you may have before moving forward.

Registration & Comprehensive Home Visit

Once the registration fee is settled, our team will visit your parents' home on a date that is most convenient for you and them, accompanied by a professional Medical Doctor.

  • Heart-to-Heart Conversation:

    We spend time building a bond with your parents and explaining the value of this care service initiated by their children.

  • Safety Inspection:

    We identify potential home hazards and provide you with a detailed Safety Report.

  • Medical Profiling:

    Our doctor examines your parents and opens a dedicated Medical File (documenting allergies, blood types, and medical history).

  • Contract Handover:

    An official copy of our service contract is personally handed over to the parents for their records.

    View all invoices, payment receipts, and medical records anytime through our secure Client Portal.
